Returns
Due to the nature of veterinary and animal health products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must not be damaged or altered in any way.
For health and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (such as wrong or defective product).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund accordingly.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact our support team.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products purchased on clearance or special promotion
- Items damaged due to improper handling
